Paperwork for Conference
- Adult Code of Conduct – All adult advisors and volunteers must fill out this code of conduct form before attending conference.
- Student Code of Conduct – All students must fill out this code of conduct form before attending conference.
- Background Check – All adults and students who will be 18 at the time of the conference must fill out a background check form. Please select “volunteer” on the form.
Preparing for Conference
- Candidate Guide – Interested in running for office? Check out this guide to walk you through the process!
- Appointed Leaders Guide – Interested in being a committee chair, or a vice-chair/clerk? Check out the qualifications here! Advisors may recommend students for these positions in their Appointed Leaders Recommendation Form (email staff@myig.org) if you have not received it.
