  • Program Year Overview

  • Conference Preference Form
    • Due September 27th
    • Let us know what conference you plan on attending this year!
  • Conference Registration
    • Regular Registration: November 12th – December 13th (Early), November 12th – January 24th (Late)
    • Late Registration: December 16th – 20th (Early), January 27th – February 12th (Late)
    • Drop Deadline: December 22nd (Early), February 14th (Late)
      • (no refunds will be given for students not attending the conference after this date. Please email yg@ohioymcas.org with drops)
  • Student Applications
    • Due December 20th
    • Students should apply if they would like to be considered for a committee chair position, Media, Lobbyists, or the Governor’s Cabinet.
  • Leadership Nomination Form
    • Due December 20th (Early) & January 24th (Late)
    • Let us know what students you are recommending for leadership positions!
  • Rooming
    • Due December 20th (Early) & February 14th (Late)
    • Indicate how you would like your students housed at conference.
  • Financial Aid Application
    • Due December 20th (both conferences)
    • Students should apply here if they are in need of financial aid to attend the State Assembly.
  • Bill Submission
    • Due December 10th (Early) & February 21st (Late)
    • Students may submit bills here solo or with 1 co-author (no more than 2 students per bill will be allowed)
  • Student Codes of Conduct
    • Due January 17th (Early) & February 28th (Late)
    • Students and their parents must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • Adult Codes of Conduct
    • Due January 17th (Early) & February 28th (Late)
    • All adults must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • Adult Background Check
    • Due January 17th (Early) & February 28th (Late)
    • All adults must complete a background check here. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • State Assembly Information
    • Advisor Information – All advisors should review this slide deck containing important conference information
    • Parent Meeting Suggested Agenda – Information to cover with your parents
    • Conference Info Flyer – Contains basic information for the event to give to parents, students, etc.
