Delegation Leadership Retreat

New for 2024!

The Delegation Leadership Retreat takes place at a YMCA Camp in September of each year. Presiding Officers for the upcoming school year and 1-2 student leaders from each delegation will be invited to attend.

Presiding Officers will help to lead this conference in order to help train Delegation Leaders in skills they will need to lead their delegations in the upcoming program year. Topics covered will include: leadership, recruitment, fundraising, inclusion, and more. Students will also get the opportunity to participate in some camp activities and games.
